  3. I have viewed other bvlogs and learned that choose grass fed meat all the way through from beginning to end. Or else, the last six to nine months may be fed with grains or molasses to fatten the animal up and the good nutrition like Omega 3 decrease while Omega 6 is increased in the meat. So read the label carefully. Very informative! Thank you!
