Fire Emblem: Three Houses – Review [Switch Game of the Year?]

If there’s one series that I’ve always wanted to get more into, it would be the Fire Emblem series. The latest in the series, Fire Emblem 3 Houses has been one of my most anticipated games for a while now. I love a good strategy RPG, so this one was a no-brainer for me.
Three Houses did not let me down! It not only reminded me of the love I had for Radiant Dawn back in the day, but it also had a serious Persona, Suikoden and Harry Potter vibe about it, which helped make the experience even more unique and amazing. If I had to recommend one Switch title for the year, this would be the one.

.: Fire Emblem Three Houses details:.

  1. I played it on hard my first go and i wouldn't say it was easy but once i knew what was going to happen in battle ill divine pulse back to a certain point and just set up for that tactic then it was easy to win. Just have to get rid of divine pulse.

  2. Also regarding the difficulty there isn't really a Hard mode. 'Normal' is Easy, 'Hard' is Normal, and 'Maddening' is Lunatic mode (Super Hard). So as you see, there is a gap between normal and super hard which is really odd.

  3. I love this game. This is my favorite Fire Emblem replacing Awakening for me. I played Black Eagles my first time on Hard/Classic and the difficulty felt very balance. It got hard towards the latter chapters where you start running out of divine pulse. But all in all this game was so amazing to play through. The gameplay, story, and characters mixed so well in this title.

  4. Not goty its a 7 out of 10. Combat is to simple and sim aspects get tedious the second playthrough. Also Most ultimate classes are with mount.
