iPhone XS / XS Max: How to Deactivate or Disable VoiceOver (Talk Back)- Step by Step)

I forgot to mention that if you have Siri enabled you can say, “Hey Siri.. turn off voiceover”. If not then you need to follow my step by step instructions how to turn off or deactivate this voiceover (aka talk back) on your iPhone XS or XS Max.
